How do I send a private message?
You can send a private message that is only readable by the person you sent it to. Follow these steps:
Method 1 - Search
Click either in the top right search box, type the person's first or last name, e-mail address and they will be displayed in the search results.
Method 2 - Colleagues
Click the Colleagues tab, then either scroll to the person's page or search for the person whom you want to communicate with.
Both Methods - Simply click "Send a message" to be able to send a private message.
