How did you first learn Sign Language?

As a young girl at the age of 4 or 5 years. Learned it from a deaf Deaf man Ernie Murillo. I guess I should credit my dear mother as well. :-) She started interpreting at that time and thus the relationship and aquaintence of Ernie and other Deaf.

What is your favorite type of interpreting assignment?

Oh gosh. I would have to say anthing that really challenges me. I particularly like voicing task and stage interpreting. However...Video Relay Interpreting is about to top it all. :-)
