Hello Everyone,
I'm interested in being a mentee...where do I go from here?
TERP Group provides a place for fellow interpreters to find positive support, opportunities for mentoring and training. We invite our Deaf friends to support our efforts through their critique, positive feedback, and analysis of ASL structure.
To create a conversation around the "both sides are right" issues that exist in our Profession.

- Curious - you know who Joanne Lamberton? (St. Louis MO last I heard)... I dont know where is Spokane MO... thought only spokane WA!! smile
and... curious... What are you looking for in a mentor? What kind of interpreter do you want to be? How hard are you willing to work to become a different interpreter than you are? (presumably - better - smile.. but I cant know that cuz I've never seen you work) and to be honest - You might be "good enough"... in which case, getting "better" would not necessarily be in your best interest.
